At Future Light, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
